Et materiale fra fokusgruppeintervjuer med lærerutdannere danner grunnlaget for en undersøkelse av lærerutdanneres resepsjon av en reform samt deres erfaringer med nye maktarrangementer i implementeringen av barnehagelærerutdanningsreformen i Norge, lansert i 2013 (BLU-reformen).</p> <h3 class="label">English abstract</h3> <p><strong>Working as a professional in a time of endless crisis</strong></p> <p>Teacher educators and the teacher profession are challenged morally and epistemologically by policies and styles of governance that consider children as human capital to be invested in global economic competition, future labour markets and the growth of national welfare. Drawing on the conceptual frameworks of Janet Roitman and Giorgio Agamben, this study describes power structures that both create the preconditions for reform and work thorough reforms.</p> <p>Material from focus group interviews with teacher educators will be used to investigate how teacher educators react to a particular reform and the way they experience new power structures in connection with the implementation of a reform of the training of kindergarten teachers in Norway (the BLU reform), launched in 2013.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Forskning og forandring}, author={Foss, Vigdis}, year={2021}, month={Jun.}, pages={59–79} }
