Open Access Policy

Research and Change (Forskning og Forandring) is published under the Open Access model and is therefore free for anybody to read and download, and to copy and disseminate.

Authors contributing to Research and Change (Forskning og Forandring) retain the copyright in their articles but agree to publish them under a Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0 License. The terms of this license permit third parties to freely copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, and to adapt, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated. The foregoing may be done in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses the third party or their use.

Please note that the journal changed license type on January 1, 2021, in accordance with Plan S requirements. All articles published prior to January 1, 2021, are under the Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license that restricts commercial use.

When posted online, articles will be assigned a DOI number (Digital Object Identifier) whereby it becomes possible to search and cite them without delay.
